For companies with annual revenue less than $300,000. This is a recurring service for small businesses, which include:

Monthly transaction categorization for bank accounts and credit lines
Invoicing and sales tracking
Payroll processing for up to 5 employees, partners, or owners (nominal charge for additional employees, partners, or owners)
Adjusting entries for loan interest, payroll, and merchant fees
Fixed asset schedules for up to 5 assets (nominal charge for additional assets)
Year-end 1099 preparation and filing
Year-end tax report preparation to send to your company's CPA
Providing monthly financial reports, balance sheet, and cash flow statement

Full Service ($699 per month)

For companies with annual revenue between $300,000 - $600,000. This is a recurring service, which includes the basic service listing, plus:

Reconciliations for balance sheet accounts
Monthly journal entries
Bank deposit preparation, cash application
Managing accounting for loans and credit lines
Solving complex bookkeeping issues
Monthly or weekly phone calls
Invoicing and payment application, phone calls, internal collections
Bill payments to vendors, 1099 vendor setups
Setting up new hires or contract labor
Reconciling variances between accounting software and external system (nominal charge for additional systems)
Payroll posting and allocations
